COVID -19 NEW POLICY – APRIL 13, 2020

Effective Monday, April 13th, we will no longer be accepting orders at the door.  We have been completely overwhelmed by the volume of orders that we have received particularly those that have not been called in ahead. Therefore, all orders MUST be placed ahead of time by either phone or email, ideally at least an hour in advance.

Our pick-up times are between 9:00am-4:00pm, Monday to Friday and 9:00am-12:00pm on Saturday.

We are attempting to take every precaution necessary during this time to keep our staff and you, our customers safe. We thank you for your cooperation and patience as we try to navigate a new way of doing business during our busiest time of year.

Please keep in mind that the orders that will take the highest priority relate to feed and crop inputs for farmers, which are deemed essential items.  If you have other projects in mind such as fencing, gardening, lawn care, chick orders, we require more advance notice to prepare these orders and they may not be ready for pickup on the same day. The government is allowing us to come out for essential items ONLY! Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Once you have placed your order and paid for it, you can proceed to the customer unloading area.  Please remain in your vehicle until approached by a TCO staff member.
